Last updated: May 10, 2026
Atlas Navigation, Inc. (“Atlas,” “we,” “us”) operates the website atlas-navigation.com and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information provided through Google Sign-In (name and profile photo). We do not receive or store your Google password.
Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with Atlas, including pages visited, features used, airport lookups performed, and timestamps. This data is collected through Vercel Web Analytics.
Device and Request Data. We collect IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and similar technical information for rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and service stability. This data is processed through Upstash Redis and is not linked to your account profile.
Crowdsourced Reports. If you choose to submit a wait time report, we collect the airport, terminal, checkpoint, estimated wait time, and the time of your report. Crowdsource reports are voluntary.
Payment Information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, bank account, or other payment credentials on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
Cookies and Local Storage. We use essential cookies and local storage to manage your session, authentication state, and user preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

- Provide, maintain, and improve TSA wait time predictions
- Authenticate your account and manage access
- Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
- Train and improve our machine learning prediction models using aggregated, de-identified data
- Send service-related communications (account confirmations, product updates)
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers. We use third-party services to operate Atlas, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Stripe (payments), Upstash (caching and rate-limiting), and Google (authentication). These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.
Aggregated Data. We may share aggregated, de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you (for example, average wait times at a given airport).
Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers. If Atlas is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our website before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or compliance with legal obligations). Aggregated, de-identified data derived from your usage may be retained indefinitely.
5. Your Rights and Choices
